Competitiveness and Innovation Programme (CIP)
Under the ICT Policy Support Programme (PSP) of the Competitiveness and Innovation Programme (CIP), the project CO-LLABS, a Thematic Network on Living Labs, is preparing a potential CIP pilot structure, consisting of several cross-border multi-Living-Lab experiments. Each experiment would address a different domain and involve users at the early development stages. Special focus is suggested to be on the effective involvement of high-growth SMEs, including micro-entrepreneurs, as key users and providers. Across these experiments, best practices would be exchanged, and other synergies exploited. Project CO-LLABS is thereby paving the ground for Living Labs pilot projects of cross-border multi-Living-Lab experiments.
