ICT PSP Partner Database - User Guide

The ICT PSP Programme needs an online partner search engine. Potential partners will be able to register their company and upcoming projects, in order to appear in the partner search engine. This way other candidates can search this database and get in contact with them.

1. Register as a partner

After filling in this form, the user will receive a confirmation email containing a link to update their profile. The password is automatically generated due to security issues.

2. Update Partner details

People registered to the ICT PSP Partners database will receive a login to update their partner information. They are also able to delete their profile from the database. They can also request to receive a new password.

3. Search for partners

Via 3 dropdown menu's (country, theme and organisation activity) visitors to the ICT PSP website are able to search the partner database. They will see a list with all the matching results including the date of the last update of the partner profile.

Clicking on the organisation name will take the visitor to the partner profile page where they can find the entire profile, including the contact details.

3.1 Partner detail page

The email address is being displayed using javascript, making it impossible for spambots to retrieve the email address.
Visitors are also able to export the partner profile as a pdf file by clicking on the designated tab.
