(9 Feb 2011) ESRs have been sent to all coordinators.
(7 Feb 2011) Sending ESRs is delayed due to internal issues.
(1 Feb 2011) The FI-PPP evaluation has been finalised with hearings of the IP proposals last week. It is expected that Evaluation Summary Reports will be sent on Friday Feb 4.
(13 Dec 2010) The FI-PPP expert briefing webcast of 9 December was recorded and can be viewed online (to be opened in IE explorer with a recent version of Windows Media Player). The slides can be found here.
(11 Nov 2010) Appointment letters were sent out to invited experts. More appointment letters might follow.
(25 Oct 2010) Invitations have been sent to the first group of experts. Depending on proposal registrations, more experts will be invited in the next weeks.
(25 Sept 2010) A number of experts has been contacted for availability and interest to participate in the FI-PPP evaluation. We have NOT yet started to send out invitations to selected experts. Since the total number of proposals is (obviously) unknown at this stage, we will soon start to gradually send out invitations to more and more experts, as more information about the total number of expected submitted proposals becomes available.
Information for evaluators
This page provides relevant information and background documents for experts who might be appointed as evaluators for FI-PPP Call 1, Objectives 1.7-1.10.
Please note that the evaluation will be done on-site only. The individual reading and evaluation, the consensus meetings, and the panel meetings will all take place in the Commission buildings in COVENT GARDEN (Place Rogier 16, Brussels) - see directions below.

Timetable
Proposal submission deadline: 2 December 2010 at 17:00:00 (Brussels local time)
From July to December: contacting experts, sending appointment letters, etc.
November: briefing materials with instructions for doing the evaluation available
Evaluation week: Sunday 9th - Friday 14th of January 2011
The exact dates when you need to be in Brussels will be communicated to you.
Hearings week: 24-28th of January 2011.
