The March 2008 Bled Declaration "Towards a European approach to the Future of the Internet" is a call for concerted European action to redesign the Internet.
The signatories, FP7 project consortia, consisting of researchers, industrialists, SMEs, users, service and content providers, asserted the urgent need to redesign the Internet, taking a broad multidisciplinary approach, to meet Europe’s societal and commercial ambitions.
