Coaching workshop for participants of eTEN CFP 2006/1

A Coaching Workshop for participants of projects from the eTEN CFP 2006/1 on Cost Statement preparation and Project Management issues was held on 02 -03 October 2007 in Brussels.

The aims of the workshop were to better inform eTEN project participants of the financial administrative procedures relating to the execution of eTEN grant agreements and the preparation of Cost Statements; to address Project Management issues; and to discuss other related topics such as business plans and dissemination.

The workshop was addressed to participants in eTEN CFP 2006/1 projects and directed at their project managers and administration/financial officers and other persons responsible for the compilation/preparation of cost statements.

The workshop explained the eTEN cost statement guidelines, the steps to be followed, and the relevant documents that have to be complied with by all beneficiaries of eTEN grants. The workshop provided essential information and worked examples of cost statements. It also addressed project management and dissemination issues. The preparation of business plans in the context of eTEN market validation projects has also been discussed.

All project participants (eTEN CFP 2006/1) were invited to send their administration/financial officer(s) to attend the coaching workshop.
