Final evaluation of the eTEN Programme This is the final report of the evaluation undertaken during 2007 following the end of the main operational period of the eTEN programme; it particularly responds to the requirement of Annex 19 of the regulation governing eTEN for a ‘report on the experience gained with the mechanisms and provisions laid down in Annex 4’ of the regulations.
