The 6th call for proposals of the Competitiveness and Innovation Programme's ICT-Policy-Support-Programme (CIP ICT PSP) has been launched on 3 February 2012.

In the field of ICT for Transport, we are calling for proposals on pre-deployment pilot projects in the area of

> Cooperative transport systems for smart mobility

as well as proposals for the

> Extension of the pilot HeERO on the Pan-European eCall service.

Please find specific information on the called-for areas on pages 11 and 42 respectively of the ICT PSP Draft Work Programme 2012.

Call 5 - Objective 10.3 "Green Car PPP"

As part of the European Economic Recovery Plan, the Commission was launching three Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in close cooperation with industry on "Factories of the Future", "Energy-efficient Buildings" and "Green Cars" through a series of cross-thematic Coordinated Calls under the Work Programme 2010 between the relevant FP7 themes.

In the framework of the European Green Cars Initiative, a call on "ICT for fully electric vehicles" (Call identifier: FP7-2012-ICT-GC).
