• Addressing the barriers: reasoned proposals for addressing the barriers through legislative and non-legislative measures at European level, in particular measures aimed to facilitate the establishment of an effective internal market in assistive ICT. The impact on individual companies in terms of their performance and on the AT ICT sector of removing those barriers must be presented. Scenarios are to be provided as to the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed policy measures and the benefits for users, industry and authorities.
