Templates for reporting to EC (for eContentplus projects)
Projects are subject to regular progress and financial reporting as part of the deliverables to be submitted to the Commission. The format and layout of the such reports and deliverables shall conform to the rules communicated by the Commission (Art II.3 of the model grant agreement):

Financial Statements
Financial statements must be drawn up in the beneficiary's accounting currency and converted into Euro (Article II.3.2). Please use the conversion rate applicable on the first working day of the month following the reporting period. This rate can be found in the "C" issue of the Official Journal published in that month. Should there be no exchange rate available in the Official Journal, please use the rate published on http://ec.europa.eu/budget/inforeuro/index.cfm .

Template for Audit certificates
An external audit certificate of the financial statements and underlying accounts, produced by an approved auditor, must be delivered together with the final financial statement where it is required by the Financial Regulation (Article II.3(2) c of the model grant agreement). According to the provisions currently in force, such audit certificate must be delivered by any beneficiary whose total amount of requests for payment is at least EUR 325 000 where the maximum total Community contribution for the project is equivalent to or higher than EUR 750 000. This audit certificate shall cover all financial statements. Its purpose is to certify that the costs declared by the beneficiary in the financial statements meet the conditions of the grant agreement:
