    Θα ήθελα να σχολιάσω ένα σημείο μόνο. Σύμφωνα με τον Κανονισμό, απαγορεύεται η εισαγωγή εξοπλισμού που βασίζεται (relying on) σε ουσίες που καταστρέφουν το όζον, ODS. Δεν υπάρχει όμως πρόνοια για το "τι θα γίνει στην περίπτωση που ένας έμπορας εισάγει εξοπλισμό που περιέχει ODS, και συνήθως R22".
