The Innovation and Networks Executive Agency (INEA) has received 47 project proposals by the 15 March 2016 deadline for the second 2015 CEF Telecom Calls, requesting over €24 million in total EU funding. The total available budget for the calls is €16.9 million. Evaluation of the project proposals with the help of external experts will start in April 2016.
The second 2015 CEF Telecom Calls closed yesterday 15 March 2016 with INEA receiving 47 combined project proposals (breakdown below).
Admissibility and eligibility of the project proposals will now be checked and the proposals will then be evaluated against the specific award criteria of the calls. The evaluation process is expected to be concluded by June 2016, when the final results will be announced.
