Welcome to the demonstrators for public e-procurement in Europe. The demonstrators are based on the EU Directives on public procurement of individual contracts and repetitive purchases.
The demonstrators for public e-procurement procedures cover the following categories:
Individual Contracts Repetitive Contracts Extensions
Open Procedure
Any interested Economic Operator can participate by submitting a tender
Restricted Procedure
Only candidates that have been short-listed are invited by the Contracting Authority to submit a tender
Framework Agreement
Mainly used when there is a recurring need to purchase the same products or maintenance services, maximum duration is 4 years
Dynamic Purchasing System
An electronic system for purchases of commonly used goods. Open to any tenderer that satisfies the selection criteria. Maximum duration is 4 years
Electronic Auction
Repetitive process involving the use of an electronic device for suppliers to improve their offers for a specific Call for Tenders.
