The 13th issue of Synergy defines important steps for the eGovernment Services development within the EU. The IDABC program comes to its end and is being succeeded by the Interoperability Solutions for European Public Administrations (ISA) one. Furthermore, developments in the SEMIC, OSOR & NIFO projects were made and new projects were funded, as the SPOCS one. Last but not least; the 4th European eGovernment awarding winners were announced on the occasion of the 5th Ministerial eGovernment Conference. |
