Migration to Europe: Can it Work for Development? In 2011 the Czech Council on Foreign Relations organised this competition as a part of a wider project, “Decent Work for All! Making Migration Work for Development”, funded by the European Union. 218 art school students from Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, France, Great Britain, Italy, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia and Slovakia submitted their work.
