The SCENIHR undertook a public consultation on the basis of a preliminary opinion
(3 MB).
Interested parties were invited to submit comments or pertinent scientific information by 30 September 2011.
The final opinion(3 MB) on the Health Effects of Artificial Light was adopted by the SCENIHR on 19 March 2012.
