The SCCS undertook a public consultation on the basis of a preliminary opinion
(421 KB).
Interested parties were invited to submit comments or pertinent scientific information by 10 February 2012.
The final opinion(341 KB) on Nitrosamines and Secondary Amines in Cosmetic Products was adopted by the SCCS on 27 March 2012.
