Definition:
Chronic fatigue syndrome is an illness characterized by prolonged fatigue
causing a loss of energy or strength and many nonspecific symptoms such as
headache, recurring sore throat, muscle and joint pain and memory and
concentration problems. Currently, there is no known cause, cure or universal
treatment for this disease.
