The general public, interest groups and organisations play an active part in the EU's health-related activities through structures set up by the European Commission. The 2 mentioned here provide a basis for long-standing and fruitful cooperation.

EU Health Policy Platform

It also improves communication among these organisations.

The Platform replaces the EU Health Policy Forum, which was active until 2013.
