Commission supplements legislation on post-authorisation efficacy studies for medicines The legal framework for post-authorisation studies for medical products in the EU was set by legislation in 2010 and 2012; this legislation has now been supplemented by the Commission's Delegated Regulation specifying situations in which these studies are required.
