The designated
Competent Authorities in the Member States
(32 KB) are in charge of the
implementation of the requirements established in the EU Directives. The
Commission holds
regular meetings to facilitate the communication and exchange of
experiences between Member States, as well as to reach a common understanding
on implementation.
