The campaign this year centres on asking ‘What’s your Motto?’. We all have mottos and inspirational words that get us through the tough times in life. The 2013 campaign will share the mottos of six inspiring young people for identity, relationships and the future, as well as inviting the public and people with MS to share their own mottos on the website.

The Campaign promotes the 11 simple recommendations from the European Code Against Cancer that are aimed at supporting people in adopting a healthier lifestyle and implementing preventive measures for early cancer detection
Young people aged between 10 and 18 years are encouraged to submit a clear and creative poster communicating what young people in other countries can do now to prevent getting cancer later in life- closing date 19 April

Cyber bullying is a new phenomenon, and it is in the news almost every day. In the most dramatic cases young people have committed suicide, in the less serious cases young people and children are hurt emotionally, are afraid to go to school, suffer a great loss of self-esteem and begin self-doubt, which then can lead to other psychological issues, such as eating disorders, anorexia, depression, anxiety, just to name a few…
