: The draft national technical regulation is based on NorDig Unified Requirements for Integrated Receiver Decoders for use in cable, satellite, terrestrial and managed IPTV based networks version 3.1.1, 03.09.2019, NorDig Unified Test plan for Integrated Receiver Decoders for use in cable, satellite, terrestrial and managed IPTV based networks version 3.1.1, 03.09.2019; Regional Receiver Specification - Recommendations, South East Europe - Digi.TV, Version A-1, 02/2012; Conformance Test Specification - Recommendations, South East Europe - Digi.TV, Version A-1, 02/2012. This national technical regulation specifies the minimum technical requirements for an unlocked DVB-T2 digital terrestrial television set (Free To Air - FTA), supporting SDTV and/or HDTV. This regulation applies to both independent operating receiver (STB) and receiver integrated in television (iDTV) . The following provisions are included: 1. General provisions 2.
