: This draft national technical regulation is based on ITU-R Report SM.2423-0, 06/2018; ITU-R Recommendation SM.329-12, 9/2012), ETSI EN 300 220-1 V3.1.1, 02/2017, ETSI EN 300 220-2 V3.2.1, 6/2018; Regulation number 3/2019 of Indonesia, Class assignment No. 1-2017 of Malaysia; IMDA TS SRD Issue 1 Revision 1, 4/2018 of Singapore. This draft national technical regulation specifies technical requirements on radio frequency, technical conditions and test procedures for radio equipment in the Low power wide area networks LPWAN (also known as non-IMT IoT) operating in the 920 MHz – 922.5 MHz band. The following provisions are included: 1. General provisions 2. Technical requirements 3. Regulatory requirements 4. Obligation of organizations and individuals 5.
