This draft Commission Regulation aims at banning the use of Chloroacetamide in cosmetic products by delisting it from the list of authorised preservatives (Annex V) and adding it to the list of substances prohibited in cosmetic products of Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.Objectives
