Description of the measure Amendments of legislation in order to provide that Register of Enterprises acts as "one-stop-shop" for newly registrated enterprises: 1) submitting an application form in order to registrate a new enterprise (to Register of Enterprises) simultaneously means also registration as VAT payer, if it is necessary; 2) submission of annual tax report/annual consolidated tax report only to one state institution (State Revenue Service) instead of submitting it additionally also to Register of Enterprises.
