    Lo specialista in Pediatria possiede conoscenze teoriche, scientifiche e professionali relative alla fisiologia della crescita, dello sviluppo psicologico, sociale ed intellettivo del soggetto in età evolutiva ed alla fisiopatologia e della clinica ed alla terapia e prevenzione farmacologiche e nutrizionali delle malattie pediatriche. Oltre alla pediatria generale ha competenze specifiche in: adolescentologia, allergologia e immunologia pediatrica, broncopneumologia pediatrica, lcardiologia pediatrica, endocrinologia e diabetologia pediatrica, gastroenterologia ed epatologia pediatrica, nutrizione pediatrica, infettivologia pediatrica, malattie metaboliche ereditarie del bambino, nefrologia pediatrica, neonatologia, neurologia pediatrica, oncologia ed ematologia pediatrica, pediatria preventiva e sociale, pediatria di comunità, pediatria d'urgenza e reumatologia pediatrica "


    A specialist in Pediatrics possesses theoretical, scientific and professional knowledge related to the physiology of growth, psychological, social and intellectual development of a patient in developmental age and to pathophysiology and clinical aspects as well as pharmacological and nutritional therapy and prevention of childhood diseases. In addition to general pediatrics they have specific expertise in: adolescentology, pediatric allergology and immunology, pediatric bronchopneumology, pediatric cardiology, pediatric endocrinology and diabetology, pediatric gastroenterology and hepatology, pediatric nutrition, pediatric infectiology, hereditary and metabolic diseases of children, pediatric nephrology, neonatology, pediatric neurology, pediatric oncology and hematology, preventive and social pediatrics, community pediatrics, pediatric emergency and pediatric rheumatology.
