    Ο διευθυντής αδειούχου Γραφείου είναι νομικά υπεύθυνος για τη λειτουργία του Γραφεiου. Είναι υπεύθυνος-(α) για ην άρτια συντήρηση των χώρων, την επίπλωση και τον εξοπλισμό του Γραφείου, (β) για την άμεμπτο από απόψεως καθαριότητας, κατάσταση όλων των χώρων του Γραφείου, (γ) για την προσφορά ταχείας και ψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης σε όλα τα τμήματα του Γραφείου, (δ) για την παροχή των υπο του Γραφείου προσφερομένων και διαφημιζομένων υπηρεσιών, (ε) για την τοποθέτηση ξεναγού σε κάθε οργανωμένη εκδρομή.
    The manager of a licensed Office shall be legally liable for the operation of the Office, in accordance with the provisions of this Law and the Regulations. The manager of the Office shall be responsible for: (a) the perfect maintenance of the spaces, furniture and equipment of the Office; (b) the immaculate state of all spaces of the office from the point of cleanliness: (c) the rendering of quick and high quality service in all departments of the office; (d) the supply of the services offered and advertised by the office: (e) the placement of a tourist guide in every organised sightseeing tour (EN)
