    Mette in contatto due o più parti al fine della conclusione di un affare, senza essere legato ad alcuna di esse da rapporti di collaborazione, dipendenza o rappresentanza nei  seguenti settori:agenti immobiliari (per coloro che intendono svolgere l'attività di mediazione per la conclusione di affari relativi ad immobili ed aziende);agenti con mandato a titolo oneroso (solo per il settore immobiliare). L’agente deve essere in grado di valutare un immobile, instaurare trattative per la compravendita dell’immobile tra l’acquirente ed il cedente ed offrire consulenza ad entrambi. Deve essere in possesso di conoscenza tecnico-legislativa della materia.
