    By the exercise of clinical psychology is meant the habitual accomplishment of autonomous acts whose object or purpose is, toward a human being and within a scientifically supported reference framework of clinical psychology, the prevention of the examination, detection or establishment of psychodiagnosis of psychic or psychosomatic suffering, real or imagined, and the care or support of that person.
