    Description of activities:

    La qualifica di Aiuto Allenatore  non corrisponde ad una qualifica professionale abilitante un tecnico ad agire in autonomia sul campo, ma serve all’introduzione/avvicinamento alla carriera di allenatore. Le attività dall’aiuto allenatore sono svolte sotto la guida e supervisione di un tecnico esperto, secondo le specifiche normative sportive.È il livello di formazione iniziale degli operatori sportivi: i percorsi d’acquisizione della qualifica, l’organizzazione operativa della formazione e i requisiti di accesso sono fissati per ogni sport in accordo con i principi generali dettati dal CONI, con possibilità di cooperazione e sinergia con altri enti di formazione. Si tratta di una qualifica che si riferisce ad un’attività di assistenza e supporto tecnico ad altro allenatore: l’aiuto allenatore non è autonomo, opera nella conduzione di attività di allenamento, di formazione tecnica e di assistenza alle competizioni sotto la supervisione di un allenatore di qualifica superiore.

    The Assistant Coach does not correspond to a professional qualification enabling the subject to act independently on the field, but serves to enter / approach the  coaching career. The activities are carried out under the guidance and supervision of a qualified expert , in accordance with specific sport regulations. It represents the first level  of sports operators: the paths for qualification attainment, the operational organization of training and access requirements are set for each sport in accordance with the general principles laid down by the Olympic Committee, with the possibility of cooperation and synergy with other training providers. The qualification refers to an activity of assistance and technical support to a coach: the apprentice coach is not autonomous, operates in the framework of training activities, training and technical assistance in the competitions under the supervision of a coach of higher qualification.
