    Operazioni di classificazione delle Carcasse suine presso le strutture di macellazione che dovranno rilevare e comunicare all'Autorità competente nazionale-MIPAAF- la rilevazione dei prezzi di mercato delle carni, prezzi che l'autorità competente elabora per il successivo inoltro all'Esecutivo UE.
