    E’ maestro di sci chi insegna professionalmente, anche in modo non esclusivo e non continuativo a persone singole ed a gruppi di persone, le tecniche sciistiche, in tutte le loro specializzazioni, esercitate con qualsiasi tipo di attrezzo, su piste di sci, itinerari sciistici, percorsi di sci fuori pista ed escursioni con gli sci che non comportino difficoltà richiedenti l’uso di tecniche e materiali alpinistici. L’esercizio della professione di maestro di sci è subordinata alla iscrizione in appositi albi professionali regionali tenuti, sotto la vigilanza della regione, dal rispettivo collegio regionale dei maestri di sci. L’iscrizione va fatta all’albo della regione nel cui territorio il maestro intende esercitare la professione.

    A ski instructor teaches professionally to individuals and to groups of people, also in non-exclusive, non-continuous way, the following activities: skiing techniques in all their specializations, carried out with any type of equipment, on the ski slopes, ski routes, paths; off-piste skiing and ski tours that do not involve difficulties requiring the use of mountaineering techniques and material . The exercise of the profession of ski instructor is subject to registration in appropriate regional professional associations held, under the supervision of the region, by the respective regional college of ski instructors. The enrollment must be made into the register in the region in which the instructor intends to practice. (EN)
