    Description of activities:
    è la persona fisica che individualmente o collegialmente svolge la mediazione finalizzata alla conciliazione di una controversia. Il mediatore è un terzo imparziale, privo di poteri decisori, che svolge un servizio finalizzato ad assistere due o più soggetti nella ricerca di un accordo amichevole per la composizione di una controversia o per formulare una proposta. L’accordo raggiunto è munito di una particolare incisività (che scaturisce dalla esecutorietà del verbale una volta omologato in Tribunale). I soggetti in possesso dei requisiti richiesti dalla legge non possono vantare un diritto ad essere iscritti negli Organismi iscritti all’ apposito Registro, che sono liberi di decidere se iscrivere i mediatori richiedenti. Non è previsto alcun autonomo elenco dei mediatori al quale i soggetti in possesso dei requisiti in questione possano chiedere l’iscrizione: hanno rilevanza, infatti, soltanto gli elenchi dei mediatori aggregati da ciascun Organismo iscritto.

The mediator is an impartial third party, with no decision-making powers, which performs a service in order to assist two or more subjects in the search for an amicable agreement for the settlement of a dispute or to make a proposal. The agreement reached is equipped with a special punch (which comes from the enforceability of the minutes once approved by the Court). Those in possession of the requirements of the law can not claim a right to be enrolled in all organizations registered 'special register, which are free to decide whether to enroll applicants mediators.
