    a) studio, progettazione, sorveglianza, conduzione e collaudo dei processi di lavorazione degli alimenti e prodotti biologici correlati, ivi compresi i processi di depurazione dei degli effluenti e di recupero dei sottoprodotti b) studio progettazione, costruzione, sorveglianza, e collaudo di impianti di produzione di alimenti; c) operazioni di marketing, distribuzione e approvigionamento delle materie prime e dei prodotti finiti alimentari, degli additivi e degli impianti alimentari d) analisi dei prodotti alimentari, accertamento e controllo di qualità e di quantità di materie prime alimentari, di prodotti finiti, di quanto altro attiene alla produzione e trasformazione di prodotti alimentari; definizione degli standard e dei capitolati per i suddetti prodotti e) funzioni peritali ed arbitriarie in ordine alle attribuzioni elencate in precedenza.
