    When establishing a business, the competent authority is the Ministry of Industry and Trade (licensing system based on qualification). The own practising of reserved activities is regulated also by the Czech Chamber of Authorised Engineers and Technicians in construction. Some of reserved activities are shared with other profession under the regulation of Czech Chamber of Authorised Engineers and Technicians (Authorized architect, Chartered Engineer, Chartered Technician)

    Zpracování územně plánovací dokumentace, územní studie, dokumentace pro vydání územního rozhodnutí nebo dokumentace pro uzavření veřejnoprávní smlouvy nahrazující územní rozhodnutí, projektové dokumentace podle stavebního zákona.


    The preparation of land use planning documentation, land use studies, documentation for issuing a zoning decision or documentation for entering into a public agreement replacing a zoning decision, design documentation under the Building Act.
