For the areas where the competent recognition authority is the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs - Decree No 21/1979 Coll., defining specified gas equipment and stipulating conditions for assuring its safety, Article 4 Decree No 85/1978 Coll., on inspecting, revisioning and testing gas eqiupment, as amended, Article 11.

    Description of activities:
    V hornických oblastech, je kompetentní uznávací orgán Český báňský úřad. V ostatních oblastech (kromě drah, lanovek, vleků), je kompetentní uznávací orgán Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí. Vstup do podnikání je regulován Ministerstvem průmyslu a obchodu. Odborně způsobilá osoba, která provádí revize technického stavu provozovaných plynových a tlakových zařízení a plynových systémů. Ověřuje technickou způsobilost jednotlivých technických zařízení, provádí zkoušky nebo rozbory podle stanovených podmínek, norem a bezpečnostních předpisů. Zpracovává zprávy o revizi příslušných technických zařízení a vystavuje úředně ověřené protokoly a osvědčení.
