    Description of activities:
    An executry practitioner is a licensed person who is able to conduct all the administrative work in an executry in the winding up of an estate of a deceased person in Scotland where there is will. This will involve the engathering of the assets of the estate, the valuation of the assets and the calculation of the tax on any such assets. This work will also involve the preparation of all the necessary papers to the court in order that the court may grant confirmation to the estate.
