The Single Market Forum is a series of workshops that look into what works in the Single Market and what doesn't. It is an annual exercise and the results of the different workshops are brought together at the closing conference. The workshops cover a variety of Single Market subjects.
The local workshops organised from September 2016 to May 2017 focused on
- the implementation of recent reforms of Single Market rules
- gathering experiences on how the Single Market works for businesses and other professionals
- identifying what can be done to improve the functioning of the Single Market
Most of the local events involved participants from different EU countries to provide a cross-border perspective.
