Conferences organised on the review of the EU plant health regime

Two conferences have been organised in relation to the review of the EU plant health regime. A first conference took place on 23-24 February 2010 as part of the evaluation. A second conference was organised on 28 September 2010.

Conference "Modernising the Common Plant Health Regime in view of globalisation and climate change" (23-24 February 2010)

A conference on the interim findings of the evaluation took place on 23-24 February 2010 in Brussels. The conference was attended by the stakeholders of the regime and the Chief Plant Health Officers and their services.

Conference "Towards a new EU Plant Health Law" (28 September 2010)

A second conference concerning the review of the Common Plant Health Regime took place in Brussels on 28 September 2010. It was organised by the European Commission and the Belgian Presidency.
