The first link is an overview for the country of restrictions and the number of establishment approved
The second link is the list of restrictions and legal reference of these ones
The third link is the list of the establishements
The fourth link gives the veterinary certificates agreed for this country.

There is an ENGLISH version of the website but this one seems to be less updated than the Russian one (especially on the number of establishments and less countries are represented). It is however helpful for browsing the site if you are non Russian speaker.
