EU-Mexico Veterinary agreement

The Global Agreement incorporates the FTA with Mexico. Article 45 establishes the Joint Council that has the power to take decisions binding for both parties. Article 48 of the Global Agreement establishes the Joint Committee of which the duties are determined by the Joint Council.
