Quarterly Review of Annex I – 6 July 2011 Following the fifth application quarter of Regulation (EC) No 669/2009, the Commission presented a proposal to amend Annex I at the meeting of the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health (SCoFCAH) on 6 July 2011, which endorsed the recommendations. New listings and the increase of control frequencies are expected to enter into force on 1 October 2011, while de-listing should be effective at an earlier date (i.e. from the third day following the publication of the relevant amendments in the Official Journal of the EU).
