As of 1 May 2011 Regulation EU/10/2011 replaces:

• 78/142/EEC - limits on vinyl chloride monomer (VCM);
• 80/766/EEC - determination of VCM in finished products;
• 81/432/EEC - determination of VCM in foods;

For Nitrosamines Directive 93/11/EEC

• Sets out limits in teats and soothers made of rubber

For certain epoxy derivatives Regulation1895/2005/EC

• Restricts their use in coatings (NOGE, BFDGE);
• Sets limits in coatings (BADGE).
