In accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 on additives for use in animal nutrition, the Commission has established a Community Register of feed additive Revision 143 released 21 May 2012 (5MB) Updated 22-05-2012.

The Register is published for the first time in November 2005.
The Appendix 3 is now split into Appendix 3a, 3b and Appendix 3c. Annex3a released 12 November 2010 Appendix 3b released 7 February 2012

• N.B. The Register has only informative purposes and does not replace Community legal acts. The Community legal acts concerning the authorisation of each additive entered in the Register constitute the legal basis for the placing on the market and use of the additives concerned.

A consolidated list 2004/C50/01 (updated up to 19-6-2003) of the authorised additives in feedingstuffs containing provisional and permanent authorisations under the old Directive 70/524 is available. This list is already integrated in the European Union Register of feed addtives.
