Inspection reports from EU countries
Article 27 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1/2005 on the protection of animals during transport requires the Member States to submit an annual report to the Commission of their inspections of the transport of live animals. The attached form should be used for this report. Furthermore, the report must be accompanied by an analysis of the major deficiencies detected and an action plan to address them.
