The envisaged surface is between 1800 – 2000 sq m2 (net usable area) including the ground floor space for the Info-Point, conference and meeting rooms as well as a storage area. Car parking should be in the building or in the vicinity. The properties to be proposed should have high visibility and be of easy access and located in the city centre.
Owners (or their representatives, including real-estate agencies) are requested to manifest their interest.
Each interested party will receive a full and detailed description of technical specifications the future Europe House needs to fulfil.
