The study aims to prepare the first draft of the evaluation methodology of monitoring tools of the integration process of third country nationals in the Czech Republic and provide a number of key knowledge and information to public sector bodies that are responsible for evaluation and treatment integration policies in the CR. The solution is based on an analysis of approaches to establishment of monitoring systems of foreigners’ integration abroad and on existing knowledge in the Czech Republic. The proposed system of quantitative indicators monitoring central processes and results of the integration is based primarily on findings from administrative databases of state administration. This is a selection of key, often unpublished indicators, which are arranged into two internally structured parts. The first part provides an overview of the basic indicators, their verbal content characteristics and importance for monitoring of integration processes and outcomes, and further the numerical values of these basic indicators in the semi-annual periodicity and numeric benchmarks of foreigners from third countries with selected characteristics of the national economy. The second part includes the so-called analytical indicators for a more detailed study of the observed issue. The study also includes results of an empirical survey of representatives of governmental and non-profit organizations that deal with the integration of third country nationals in the CR in practice.
