How does the Swedish legislation on labor migration work compared with other EU Member States? Has Sweden been able to attract highly qualified workers from countries outside the EU? What challenges are there and how do we avoid exploitation of labor migrants?

Within the European Migration Network (EMN ), these questions have been the subject of a comparative study "Attracting highly qualified and qualified third-country nationals ". EMN Sweden has recently published the Swedish contribution to this study.

This seminar will present and discuss the results of the study with representatives of the Swedish Migration Board, the trade Union LO, the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise (Svenskt Näringsliv) and the Ministry of Justice.
