From 2nd July to 7th July, ‘CineMigrante’ will take place in Barcelona: 1st International Festival of Cinema and Human Rights Training for migrants. CineMigrante is a space for sharing, disseminating, highlighting and raising the awareness on the lives, experiences and problems of all the people who inhabit this world and for any reason, decided to leave their place of birth and migrate. We aim to generate instances of recognition in others and in the other, a recognition of the 'otherness' that allows the strengthening of our identity, contributes to our historical but also individual knowledge in order to rethink ourselves and our society in a different way.

During the 6 days of the festival, there will be projections, conferences, photographic exhibitions and other related activities in different places in Barcelona, and all the actvities will be free of charge.
