With the aim of creating a space for meeting and reflection, where the factors that still impede the path to achieving real equality between women and men become visible, these conferences on diversity management through the prism of gender are organised.
On May 21st the focus will be on the difficulties of the lack of vision in diversity management from a gender perspective in professional environments, the known glass ceiling that hinders women's access to positions of decision makers, and in turn, the risk that the misunderstood diversity, which in principle is a source of wealth, can likely become a cause of discrimination.
For this reason we will work three key points for this discussion:
- The diversity of women as an opportunity and non-discrimination.
- The need to promote a culture of public and private responsibility to compensate for imbalances in paternity and maternity leaves.
- And the management of women’s talents as an opportunity and corporate responsibility.
